Returns and cancellations
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been completed.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing, email gnwpeptides@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, include photographs of the item and packaging when available.
Our support team will review the issue for a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide instructions.
