Eligibility and laboratory research use only
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to place an order. All products are intended solely for legitimate laboratory research and analytical use by appropriately trained personnel. They are not for human or animal consumption, administration, medical treatment, or personal use. By purchasing, you confirm that you will use products only for their stated laboratory purpose and will not use them on yourself, other people, or animals.
You are responsible for determining whether you may lawfully purchase, possess, handle, store, and use a product in your location, and for following applicable laboratory safety procedures. GNW Peptides does not provide instructions for human or veterinary use. Website information is not medical advice and does not establish suitability for clinical use.
Product information and testing
Review the selected product, vial amount, quantity, price, and available product documentation before ordering. Product photographs are illustrative; packaging may vary. A Certificate of Analysis marked “In Process” means it is not yet available. That label does not represent completed testing or establish a verified purity result. We do not guarantee a particular experimental outcome.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts are shown at checkout. You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and use an authorized payment method. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order; it does not guarantee that an unavailable product can be supplied.
We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, a material listing or pricing error, suspected fraud, or an apparent violation of the research-use restrictions. If we cannot fulfill a paid order and cancel it, the amount paid for the cancelled items and any associated charges that are not incurred will be refunded. We will contact you before proceeding with a material price correction.
Promotions
Promotions apply only when the stated eligibility and quantity requirements are met. Review the discount shown in your cart and checkout before paying. A promotion does not apply to ineligible items, and discounts do not reduce shipping charges or taxes unless expressly stated. The terms displayed for a promotion at the time of purchase govern that order.
Shipping
Review the Shipping page and available checkout options before ordering. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if tracking indicates a problem or an order is missing. Shipping restrictions and availability are shown through the store and checkout.
Cancellations, returns, and order problems
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been completed. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing, email gnwpeptides@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photographs of damaged or incorrect items and packaging when available.
We will review the issue for a replacement or refund under our Refund and Returns Policy. Contact us before sending any item back. These policies do not limit remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for an order we cannot fulfill.
Website and account use
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security or operation, or misrepresent your identity or intended use. If you maintain an account, keep its credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. We may restrict access for misuse, subject to applicable law and our obligations concerning existing paid orders.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy describes how store information is handled. Payment services and other third-party websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Using a third-party payment option does not change our product-use restrictions.
Limitations and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GNW Peptides is not responsible for losses resulting from prohibited use, unsafe handling, or use outside the stated laboratory purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Washington State law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
Changes and contact
